By accessing or using Ranus.tech (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Ranus provides AI model inference services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the security of your API keys. You must not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Credits and Payments

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via subscription or top-up. Credits are non-refundable and expire based on your plan terms. Usage is calculated based on the token multipliers of each specific model.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide to our models. Ranus does not use your private data or inputs to train our base models. The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ranus.tech.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ranus.tech is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of model outputs. In no event shall Ranus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
